ABOUT US

The GFWC Sisters of Service Woman’s Club (SOSWC) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. It is a member of the General Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC), one of the oldest and largest women's service organizations in the world;  an international women’s organization dedicated to community improvement by enhancing the lives of others through volunteer service.  We were organized in May 2020, and are located in Tallahassee, FL. Our statewide organization is GFWC of Florida, and we are a part of District 3. 

We are a nonprofit service organization dedicated to improving our local communities through volunteer services with a special focus on the concerns of the most underserved groups: youth, senior citizens and veterans.  We attend to the diverse needs of the community through service projects, fundraising, education, leadership, mentorship and friendship.
